Lene Vibe ships internationally.

Orders may be placed online at any time.  A Lene Vibe Sales Representative will confirm all orders.  Most of our pieces are one of a kind and occasionally a piece has sold before it has been taken off the site. We regret this inconvenience and will do our best to find a substitute if at all possible. If this is the case, we will contact you immediately and give you a list of possible substitutes for your perusal. Most pieces will ship within 7 to 21 days via DHL, two-day shipping.  A signature will be required upon delivery.  You will be notified via email when your order ships.  In order to protect each party, we reserve the right to request and require proof of identification before shipping.

All standard orders of in-stock merchandise are returnable within 14 days of delivery, provided the jewelry pieces are returned in a new and unused condition, including all packaging and materials contained in the original shipment. No returns are allowed for custom orders or pieces that have been altered in any way, including sizing.  We will not accept a return of any merchandise that shows signs of wear, use, or alteration. All returns must be requested within 14 days of receipt, in writing, prior to shipping. There will be no exceptions. Absolutely, positively no returns or exchanges after 14 days of delivery for any reason. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. After we receive the request for a return, we will email the customer a DHL label and shipping instructions. The parcel must be dropped off at a DHL location with two days of receipt of label. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from the return. We strongly suggest customer requests a receipt from DHL upon dropping off parcel for proof of shipment.

​Any and all attempts at credit card fraud or any fraud in any manner directed towards Lene Vibe will be diligently tracked and prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
